The Furniture Row ships furniture across the continental United States. Free shipping on orders over $500 within the continental United States. Delivery options and timelines depend on product type, size, and your location.
1. Our Delivery Range
We ship to the continental United States (lower 48 states). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international addresses at this time.
2. Processing Time
- In-stock items typically ship within 3–5 business days after order confirmation.
- Made-to-order or back-ordered items may require additional production time; we will notify you of expected ship dates.
3. Delivery Options
- Standard delivery — curbside or threshold delivery for eligible items (typically 5–10 business days after shipment).
- White-glove delivery — room-of-choice placement and packaging removal, available at checkout for eligible large items.

5. Freight & Large Items
Oversized furniture is shipped via freight carriers. The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Someone aged 18 or older must be present to accept delivery.
6. Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our warehouse. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the carrier scans your shipment.
7. Delivery Issues
- If your package appears damaged, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us within 48 hours.
- If a delivery attempt is missed, follow the carrier's rescheduling instructions or contact us for assistance.
