Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction matters at The Furniture Row. This page explains how to cancel, return, or exchange an order, including eligibility, timelines, and refund processing.
Cancel: If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible — ideally within 12 hours of placing it. Email info@thefurniturerow.com with your order number. Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled; return terms below may apply instead.
Wrong item: If we ship the wrong size, finish, or configuration, you do not need to pay extra return shipping. Contact us with photos and your order number — we will send the correct item or arrange an exchange.
Defective: If a product arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 30 days with photos of the item and packaging, plus your order number. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund.
Return: If you are not satisfied and wish to return an eligible item, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Returns are accepted by postal mail (e.g., USPS, UPS, or FedEx). For voluntary returns (change of mind), return shipping is paid by the customer. No restocking fee applies. Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Return Window
- Most in-stock items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging where applicable.
- Returns must be shipped back via postal mail (e.g., USPS, UPS, or FedEx) using the return instructions we provide after approval.
- No restocking fee applies to eligible returns.
- Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Custom, made-to-order, or final-sale items may not be eligible for return.
How to Start a Return
- Email info@thefurniturerow.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions for shipping the item back via postal mail.
- Ship the item back via postal mail (e.g., USPS, UPS, or FedEx) as instructed. Once we receive and inspect it, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days.
Exchanges
Need a different size, finish, or configuration? Contact us before returning your item — we will do our best to arrange an exchange when inventory allows.
Natural material colors and wood grain may vary slightly from photos. Minor transit scuffs on outer cartons can occur — please inspect items upon delivery and report damage within 48 hours.
