3. Do you offer free shipping?
Free shipping on orders over $500 within the continental United States.

4. What delivery options are available?
We offer standard curbside or threshold delivery for eligible items. Shipping cost depends on your order subtotal; see our Shipping & Delivery page for delivery options and rates.
5. What is your return policy?
Most in-stock items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original condition. Custom or made-to-order pieces may not be eligible. See our Returns & Exchanges page for steps and eligibility.
6. Do you offer assembly?
Many items include straightforward assembly instructions. Some larger pieces may require basic tools and a second person to assemble safely.
7. Can I order swatches or material samples?
Yes — contact us before ordering and we will help you choose the right finish or fabric for your space.
8. Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All checkout payments are processed securely through Shopify. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
9. Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States only. International orders are not available at this time.
