At The Furniture Row, your satisfaction matters. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.
Cancel: Contact us within 12 hours of placing an order to request cancellation. Email info@thefurniturerow.com with your order number. Shipped orders cannot be canceled.
Defective or damaged: Report defects or shipping damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund.
Return: Eligible in-stock items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original condition. Return shipping costs may apply. Custom or final-sale items may not qualify.
1. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or made-to-order furniture
- Items marked as final sale
- Items assembled, modified, or damaged after delivery (unless reported within 48 hours)
2. How to Start a Return
- Contact us at info@thefurniturerow.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
3. Refunds
- Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the return.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
- Restocking fees may apply to certain large items; we will disclose this before you ship your return.
4. Exchanges
If you need a different size, finish, or configuration, contact us before returning your item. We will do our best to arrange an exchange when inventory allows.
