The Furniture Row ships furniture across the continental United States. Free shipping on orders over $500 within the continental United States. Standard shipping rates are based on your order subtotal (before tax). Your exact rate is shown at checkout before payment.
1. Our Delivery Range
We ship to addresses within the continental United States (lower 48 states). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or P.O. boxes for freight items.
2. Processing & Transit Time
After you place an order, in-stock items typically ship within 3–5 business days. Standard delivery usually arrives 5–10 business days after shipment. Made-to-order items may require additional production time — we will email you with expected ship dates.

5. Freight & Large Items
Oversized furniture ships via freight carriers. The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Someone aged 18 or older must be present to accept delivery.
6. Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships from our U.S. fulfillment network. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the carrier scans your shipment.
7. Delivery Issues
- If your package appears damaged, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us within 48 hours.
- If a delivery attempt is missed, follow the carrier's rescheduling instructions or email us for assistance.
