The Furniture Row ships furniture across the continental United States. Free shipping on orders over $500 within the continental United States. Full terms are in our Shipping Policy.

1. Our Delivery Range

We ship to addresses within the continental United States (lower 48 states). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or P.O. boxes for freight items.

2. Processing & Transit Time

After you place an order, in-stock items typically ship within 3–5 business days. Standard delivery usually arrives 5–10 business days after shipment. Made-to-order items may require additional production time — we will email you with expected ship dates.

3. Delivery Options

  • Standard delivery — curbside or threshold delivery for eligible items.
  • White-glove delivery — room-of-choice placement and packaging removal, available at checkout for eligible large items.

Rates depend on item weight, dimensions, and destination. White-glove and freight surcharges, when applicable, are shown at checkout.

5. Freight & Large Items

Oversized furniture ships via freight carriers. The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Someone aged 18 or older must be present to accept delivery.

6. Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order leaves our warehouse. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the carrier scans your shipment.

7. Delivery Issues

  • If your package appears damaged, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us within 48 hours.
  • If a delivery attempt is missed, follow the carrier's rescheduling instructions or email us for assistance.
