Returns & Exchanges

We attach great importance to quality. All products will be checked before they are sent out to ensure that there are no quality problems.

However, the following situations may occur:

1. If you want to cancel the order, please contact us within 12 hours after placed the order.
Please email to info@thefurniturerow.com and tell me your order number.
Orders over 12 hours cannot be cancelled. Freight will be generated if the order has been delivered.

2. If we send the wrong goods, you don’t have to bear any cost, we will send the correct to you again.

3. If the product is defective, please contant us within 30 days. Please send the picture of the defective product and tell me your order number. We will resend the parts for you. If we can’t reissue the parts, we will exchange them.

4. If you are not satisfied with the product and need to return it, you need to bear the cost of shipping to our warehouse in the United States. We will refund to you within 3 working days after received the goods. Please note that the original cost is not included.

5. We can’t guarantee 100% perfect of the product. The color of the product may deviate a little due to different monitors.
In the process of transportation, it is difficult to avoid some slight friction, hope you can understand.
If you are a perfectionist, please consider carefully before you pay.

Return & exchange process

step 1. If you are not satisfied with the product Cause by above  situationand, please contact us within 30 days after receiving the goods. A restocking fee may be applied outside of this time period. Please note that we do not accept returns and exchanges outside 45 days.

step 2. Send email to: info@thefurniture.com, tell us your order number and why you want to return or exchanges.

step 3. We will send the warehouse address to you by email. You will be responsible for all return shipping fees incurred.

step 4. After we receive your return, we will full refund your order within 3 business days or free resend a new one to you, and we’ll email you once processing your refund or exchange. Notice, original shipping fees and insurance are non-refundable.

Warm reminder

Users must ensure that all returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused, unwashed and with original tags and packaging. We do not accept a returned item that damaged, washed or altered in any way.

If your order more than $100, please consider using traceable shipping services or buying transportation insurance. We are not sure that we will receive the goods you returned.

In order to protect the health of the next shopper, certain personal goods such as duvet covers, pillows, blankets, towels, mattresses etc. can only be accepted if the original packaging remains intact.
