What should I do if I have received a damaged item?

If upon delivery of the product you realize that the packaging is damaged, please indicate on the delivery note “damaged goods”, take pictures of the boxes and send us a copy of the delivery note. If the delivered goods are defective, please contact customer service within 24 hours of receiving your merchandise. To speed up the process, please prepare/provide your order number.

We also kindly ask you to email us pictures of the damages so that we can analyze and evaluate them. We will then try to resolve the issue as quickly as possible to your satisfaction. Please also keep the original cartons until the case is resolved.
